Cancellation Policy

All Members and participants must be on time for class!  Instructors have the right to refuse entry into class if the participant is more than 10 minutes late.  The first 10 minutes of class is where the Instructor leads a warm-up.  Warming up is crucial as it gets the mind and body read for working out and prevents injury.

His and Her Time requires 12 hours or more notice from the participant to cancel a session.

Any Members who do not show up or cancel their class with less than 12 hours notice the class will be automatically deducted from their membership pack.

Drop in: You may still drop in to a class, however there is no guarantee there will be a spot. Members who drop in to a class will only be given a spot if space is available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Reminder to All Members:

The 12 hours Late Cancel/No Show Policy at His and Her Time Health and Fitness requires members to cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start of class. This policy is enforced through the PT Minder and no exceptions are made. You may cancel out of a class through PT Minder, but 12 hours or more notice must be given.
