Her Time
Her Time is literally "time for her" to forget about everything else, have fun and workout with other like-minded women.
Programs are designed to encourage and to engender confidence in women to acquire and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Programs are creative and innovative; composition of classes are ever changing. Programs run from 4-6 weeks, combining cardio vascular and strength training, held either in the mornings, daytimes or evenings.
Classes are flexible with the option of mixing and matching programs to suit busy lifestyles.
Careful programing and sensitivity to each person's needs ensures that each participant achieves her own goals. Goals are set and measurements are taken at the commencement and conclusion of each program to ensure results are tangible.
On completing a program, you will have more energy, be stronger, Feel more confident and be fitter.
