Train with other men (and women too!) in a supportive
and encouraging environment.
Programs are designed to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Programs are creative and innovative; composition of classes are ever changing. Programs run for 4 - 6 weeks; sessions are held Tuesday, Thursday, from 6am - 7am and Saturday's, 7am - 9am
"I joined His Time not long after it started & initially it was about the fitness but then came the weight loss. With the goal in sight (Barossa half marathon), I lost 9kgs inside a month & then ran the 21kms under 2hrs. I have since maintained that same weight for almost a year now & the next goal is the Great Ocean Road Marathon.
